We are insanely excited to be the first and potentially only event to host the absolute pals party that is Hike The Peak. We caught up with the project captain Lee to ask him some questions ahead of their performance at MPF2024.

How would you introduce yourselves to a punk fan who’s not heard of you yet?

Were the bastard baby of Face To Face, A Wilhelm Scream and Comeback Kid

Which of your songs/releases are you most proud of, and why? 

All of them. Because people from all over the world listen to songs that were basically recorded in my spare room and that is mental

Tell us a secret about your band.

I’ve got a Blue Peter badge. Came in the top 100 of 30k entries to design a Santa world exhibition centre in Finland. 

What was the first gig you ever went to?

Gary Glitter’s Christmas gang show. Dec 1986, Sheffield City Hall. This isn’t a wind up either.

Who would be in your super-group? 

I have my super-group to help me perform these songs. Danny, Willis, Graham and all the guest vocalists…. if it weren’t for them I wouldn’t be here

If you were a biscuit/cookie, what would you be and why?

I’d be something original…dark choc covered Biscoff…never seen that…I’d be all over that. Big time.

Blade. The best and most underappreciated Marvel character. Blade 2 is a masterpiece
