If you’ve bought your ticket through our Limited Run store, here’s some handy information for you…
After having bought your tickets, your name will be added to the Will Call list. Please come with ID to match your name that the tickets were bought under when coming to collect your wristband.

In the email confirmation Venue details will be included. The date and start time, along with the address for Wristband Exchange will be included in the email. Additionally, a link to Google Maps will be included in the email so you know where you’re going!
You’ll receive an email reminder 24 hours before the festival starts with all the details. This email or your confirmation email must be brought to Wristband Exchange to collect your weekend wristbands. You don’t need to print it out, just on your phone will be fine – save the trees!
I CAN’T GO ANYMORE, WHAT SHALL I DO?
We wanted to clarify the process for those who have bought tickets but are no longer able to come as it’s a common question we get.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds on un-needed tickets, however you are able to transfer your ticket to someone else. If you can no longer attend and have agreed to sell/transfer your ticket to someone else, you must forward the confirmation and e-ticket to the buyer, or confirm with MPF a name change. We’re partnered with Twickets for fan-to-fan resale.
We have also moved Wristband Exchange to The Union. This will mean we are able to process tickets much quicker and reduce queue length. Please make sure you arrive early and have your ticket confirmation ready as this will help the process go smoothly.
