Summer of 2008. The band that became known as NOT ON TOUR came together in Tel Aviv as it turned out that all the bands in town went on tour for the season, ditched their side-projects, left practice rooms deserted and the four friends with nothing to do.
In good team spirit, they took on the job and started a summer project for the bored punkers in town. 15 songs were sketched up in just a couple of months, with the plan to play a few shows and break up once summer is over.

Nine years and four albums later, Not On Tour have toured all corners of Europe, from DIY basement shows to Groezrock mainstage, ventured out to Japan supporting A Wilhelm Scream and Strung Out and have been sharing stages and went on tour with good old punk rock heroes like The Descendents, Lagwagon, Propagandhi, Pennywise, Face to Face, Good Riddance, Teenage Bottlerocket and Off With Their Heads. A razor-sharp, fast melodic punk rock energy keeps the crowds dancing wherever they go, paired with an in-your-face mentality and with songs rarely passing the 90 seconds mark.

Not On Tour delivers a positive, raw punk rock sound with catchy tunes and melodic female vocals with a clear hardcore punk influence pushing the melodies ahead. The songs are perpetuated in three Full-Length albums and one EP: Self Titled (2010), N.O.T (2011), All This Time (2012), Bad Habits (2015, produced by Yotam Ben Horin of Useless ID).

The gang has recently finished recordings of their 5th release, planned to be released in early 2019
